„Who do you think you are?“ Stokely's voice sounded annoyed when she stepped into Delilah's way.
„Huh?“ The cheerleader queen threw her hair back. „What are you talking about?“
„Casey! You treat him like your lap dog. Push him around as if you own him.“
Delilah shrugged. „To my knowledge, he doesn't complain. So, why don't you better mind your own business.“
„Because he is my friend. And you are just a selfish bitch. It means so much for Casey to work for the school's magazine as a photographer, but using this for blackmail is low. Even for you!“ Her eyes were sparkling fire now. „But okay, if this the way you want to deal with things. Casey will go to this concert next weekend, together with Zeke and me.“
„I don't think...“ Delilah tried to protest, but Stokely cut her short. „Better think about it, what Gabe will say when he finds out what his girlfriend was doing while he was in the training camp last month.“
Satisfied, she noticed Delilah paling. Good! The truth was that it had been a shot in the dark; she didn't know anything at all. But she put on a faked smiled while she said: “Don't worry, I know to keep a secret. As long as you will stop putting Casey under pressure in which way ever, we are fine.“
