When Zeke stopped the GTO in front of the house, Casey's eyes wandered over to the ruins of the garage. „Will you restore the lab,“ he asked.
„Dunno!“ Zeke banged the driver's door shut. „Everything has changed. The garage was my refuge, the only place where did feel safe. Now...“ He paused, looking lost for a split of a second. „Nightmarelike memories I would like to forget.“
„But it was your Scat, which saved the world,“ Casey reminded him.
Zeke smiled weakly. „Actually, you were the hero who saved the world. That my Scat worked was pure luck.“
