Zeke frowned. „What's happened? It's weekend and you don't plan to sleep in? Lemme guess; a new photo project?“
Casey laughed. „ No, not this time. I'll go to the garden center early together with my dad; their yearly easter-sale is very popular, and we always try to avoid the greatest run.“
„Gardening?“ Zeke smirked. „Sounds pretty geeky.“
Casey huffed slightly. „It's nothing wrong with it; I love to work in the garden in springtime. Winter is finally over and summer is coming. What can be better?“
„You love winter.“
„I love summer, too. Colorful flowers, green grass, birds are singing in the trees and the sun is shining. Every season is special, you only need to get into the right mood. Maybe you should give it a try. Your porch could need a fresh painting for a while already. Add some flower boxes with petunias and lobelias. You could also buy a rocking chair or an old bench at a fleamarket to make your house ready for spring.“
Zeke chuckled amused. „Interested in helping me? Seems as if you are much more experienced with stuff like this.“
Casey beamed. „We could start right away,“ he said.
