„Casey, stop doing that!“ Zeke groaned slightly when the boy put his arms around his shoulders from behind. „I am just reading an interesting article for our homework.“
„Kinda boring.“ Casey bent forward to nibble at Zeke's ear. „C'mon, stop being such a nerd. Where is the guy who skips school at least once a week?“
Zeke smiled. „Things have changed.“
Oh, yes, indeed. Maybe for the first time in his life, Zeke had started to think about his future. A future together with Casey. In Boston. MIT was their first-choice college, and at least for Zeke, it would be a real challenge to get accepted there, after all the years he hadn't cared in the slightest for school.
But not only Zeke had changed. „I agree with that,“ Casey said. „Only some months ago, I would have spent every afternoon at the school's library instead of cuddling with my boyfriend in his garage.“
Finally Zeke gave in; laughing, he turned around to look at him. „Oh. I have such a bad influence on you? That's a shame.“
Casey giggled while slipping onto his lap. „I guess it doesn't hurt to leave the golden boy behind now and then. And now shut up and kiss me.“
