„So, any ideas for Dad's birthday,“ Casey asked.

Jason looked up from his puzzle, frowning hard. “Hmm... Maybe we can have a pinata? And spaghetti with tomato sauce, and chocolate cake?“

Casey laughed, well knowing that these were Jason's favorite food. But Zeke wouldn't mind celebrating his birthday this way. So much had changed since the little boy did move in with them, wild parties were not part of their life anymore. Instead of this trips to the nearby playground or the zoo. And spaghetti with chocolate cake. “I'm sure, he will love that. Will you help me cooking?“

Satisfied smiling, Loki looked down at Thor. He wanted to enjoy it, to see him in this miserable state, after he had surprisingly been able to gain the upper hand for a split of a second and to punch him right into his face. The always beloved, good son of his parents, the king of Asgard; people even called him a god.

He, Loki, had wondered for so long why no one seemed to feel for him like everybody felt for Thor until he did find out the truth. He narrowed his eyes, tried to remember how much he hated Thor for being the legitimate son of Odin while he was only an adopted nobody, but in the end, the love gained the upper hand, and he stretched out his hand to help his brother up.
