Though she followed Lucifer only reluctantly when he decided to leave hell behind for a while Maze tried her best to enjoy the amenities on earth. Sometimes in vain.
The hell was not a very comfortable, friendly place, and most of the poor souls who were doomed to spend the rest of their existence there hated the almost unbearable heat. But for a demon like her, it was like a life elixir. She would never learn to love dark, cold winter days on earth.
When the first warm sunbeams of spring fell into Lucifer's bedroom she smiled satisfied. So much better.
